    KABRA

    Mr. Shyam Sundar Kabra is a man of vision. He has a rich entrepreneurial experience in the real estate development sector. He has strong negotiation skills when it comes to acquiring properties at the right price, right place, and right time. He is involved in strategic planning, charting the future growth strategy, and providing valuable guidance to the group. Currently, all the ongoing projects are closely monitored under his supervision.

  • RAJESH KABRA

    Mr. Rajesh Kabra is a Civil Engineering graduate. He is a versatile professional. He manages various functions of the Kabra Group. He supervises the public relations, legal, and operational aspects of the organization. He is responsible to ensure the timely delivery of materials and execution of the projects as per the plan. He is a true leader and has the ability to manage large teams. He has an eye for detail pertaining to the complexities involved in real estate development.

  • VINIL KABRA

    Mr. Vinil Kabra is responsible for managing Foreign Delegate and Overseas Relationship for Kabra Group.

  • MANISH KABRA

    With a vast entrepreneurial experience in the real estate development industry, Mr. Manish Kabra takes care of the technical aspects of the planning and designing, sourcing of materials, quality control, and overall project execution. In addition, he is responsible for‘liasoning and approvals’ for various projects

  • GOURAV KABRA

    Mr. Gourav Kabra is responsible for Marketing & Sales, Property Management at Kabra Group.


  • GAUTAM KABRA

    Mr. Gautam Kabra is a Mumbai University graduate. He is a young, dynamic, and intelligent professional, who has gathered vast knowledge about the real estate industry over the years. At Kabra Group, he is responsible for fund management, mobilization of funds, and coordination with banks and financial institutions.

  • ABHISHEK KABRA

    Mr. Abhiskeh Kabra is an MBA in Marketing. He is a U.S. return professional. After having spent 5 years in the U.S., he joined the management of Kabra Group in 2012, and since then has got a complete grip on the company’s state of affairs. Currently, he is responsible for taking care of all project-related activities, as well as, the construction and sales of the projects. Moreover, he plays a crucial role in finalizing and starting many projects for the organization.

  • DILIP SONI

    Mr. Dilip Soni is responsible for ‘liasoning and land acquisition’ at Kabra Group. He is the key person responsible for managing all legal matters of the company such as dealing with the government officials at the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA).

  • MAHENDRA SONI

    Mr. Mahendra Soni has a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree in Chemical Degree and an M.S. in Manufacturing Management. He has global work experience. He worked in KPMG Business Consulting Supply Chain Management from 1998 to 2009. He rejoined his family’s construction in 2009. At Kabra Group, he is responsible for business development, sales & marketing, and construction activities.

EDUCATION INITIATIVES

Along with making a significant mark in the real estate development industry, we, at Kabra Group, believe that high-quality education is a stepping stone for the bright future of India. This belief gave birth to the Universal High School in 2009. Universal High School has been operational since the past 10 years. It has two boards – I.C.S.E. and ISC. The school’s building comprises of nine floors and the school is spread across a land of 4900 square meters at Ghodbunder Road, Thane.
