Closing Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales
Location: Ghatkopar

The Closing Manager will be responsible for managing the final stages of the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory handover experience for homebuyers. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, driving timely deal closures, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service through to possession and registration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build in-depth knowledge of the product and communicate effectively with potential customers. 
  • Host and meet clients for sales presentations and provide detailed property orientation. 
  • Win negotiations and close deals within defined TATs. 
  • Facilitate revisits, address client queries, and drive end-to-end closure of bookings. 
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and work towards improving conversion ratios. 
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to grow the site business. 
  • Activate additional sales channels as required to expand business reach. 
  • Conduct market visits and maintain required outreach efforts. 
  • Track and analyze competitive information; ensure awareness of micro-market trends and regular competition mapping. 
  • Adhere to all company systems, processes, and compliance standards. 
  • Foster a strong customer experience to promote satisfaction and cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Take initiative and ownership to meet individual sales and closure targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, customer relationship, or closing/operations roles. 
  • Sound knowledge of property documentation, registration processes, and regulatory compliance. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms. 
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
